Opted for a stay amid renovations, and I’m delighted with my choice! The spacious queen room offered stunning Table Mountain views. The breakfast? An absolute highlight! Plus, the convenience of the hotel’s complimentary shuttle made exploring a breeze. Welcoming staff and delightful warm cookies at check-in made for a lovely experience!

Spacious rooms, Great shuttle service, Beautiful views

Housekeeping should prioritize cleaning rooms sooner!!! An airport pick-up and drop-off option would be a nice addition!!! The location feels a bit isolated, limiting nearby dining choices.

A Comfortable Stay with Great Service

Our two-night getaway was enjoyable, largely due to the wonderful staff, especially Chef Euphrasia, who made breakfast special. The spacious Queen Room offered stunning views, and the breakfast menu was diverse, even accommodating gluten-free diets. Future guests should inquire about room details proactively.

    Stunning views and friendly vibes

Woke up to breathtaking views of the Table Mountain every morning! The staff were so welcoming, and the breakfast spread was delightful, fueling our adventures in Cape Town.

However, the hotel could use some modernization as the room felt a bit dated. We encountered some minor issues with the air conditioning during a hot night.

My stay at Doubletree By Hilton was exceptional. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient in assisting with my work needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The King Suite Loft was spacious and comfortable, offering beautiful views of the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities included a well-equipped business center, which was ideal for my meetings.

The location is somewhat isolated, requiring transportation.

    good service but dated decor

The staff truly stood out during our stay, providing attentive and friendly service at all times. The reception area created a welcoming atmosphere, making check-ins pleasant.

Although the reception was great, the overall decor in the hallways felt outdated.

excellent access to vibrant art and historic sites nearby

my stay was enhanced by the friendly staff and the great complimentary shuttle that took us right to the V&A waterfront. It's just a short walk to the Old Biscuit Mill where you can soak up the local culture and enjoy artisan food and craft markets, truly perfect for a weekend stroll and adventure. the hotel features a lovely atmosphere, making it ideal for solo travelers looking for comfort and convenience, but the door keys were a bit of a hassle and could use an upgrade.

    loft accommodation
    impressive breakfast
    generator noise

The hotel offers unique loft accommodation nestled within a mall of offices, providing a mix of modern comforts with elements of local charm. Enjoyed the breakfast with early access for those on tight schedules, which was both impressive and accommodating.

Parking comes at a daily extra cost, and the garage access is loud due to ongoing generator noise, which may not sit well with families, especially those with children. Blocked sinks and inconsistent drainage issues in some bathrooms reflect a need for maintenance updates. Additionally, the combination of high-end decor with old vendors nearby creates a confusing atmosphere that might throw off guests expecting a purely upscale experience.
